Class Booking and Cancellation Policy


Please arrive 5 minutes before your class as late entry is not permitted. For security reasons, the door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class. Please check in at reception before entering studios.
Booking opens 28 days prior to class.


If you are not able to attend your booking please cancel at least 4 hours prior to your class start time.


If you book a class and fail to cancel your booking at least 4 hours prior you will be automatically charged a $15 late cancellation fee (with the exception of 10 class pass holders and pre-paid corporate accounts who will lose a class).
If you simply do not show for your booking you will be automatically charged a $25 no show charge. Please note: bookings cannot be accepted without a credit card on file.
The late fee and no show fee is non-refundable.
This is in place for all yoga and Pilates classes.

The cancellation and booking policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend.


Waitlist Policy


MINDBODY waitlist function allows you to reserve a spot in a full class. When a spot in the class becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically moved into the class. Spaces that are cancelled inside of the 4 hour window will be charged the usual late fee and the space will be made available to all members. You will only be automatically enrolled on a waitlist outside of the 4 hour cancellation window.

You will receive both an email and an SMS when you are booked into a class via the waitlist. In the text message, you will be asked to respond ‘Y’ to confirm or ‘N’ to cancel. If you respond ‘N’, you will be removed from the class and the next client on the waitlist will automatically be added and receive the waitlist confirmation SMS. If you don’t respond Y or N to the SMS you are still booked into the class. However, if you don’t show-up for class, and haven’t responded to the text, we may give your space to any walk-ins and you will be charged the no-show fee as per-usual.

Please be mindful of this when booking the waitlist for early morning classes as it is possible you will be automatically enrolled into a class in the early hours of the morning! Please treat the waitlist like you are booking a class. If you have added yourself to the waitlist and longer want to attend the class, please cancel the waitlisted classes via your Account (Account Schedule). The waitlist is only currently available on the website. We are speaking with MINDBODY to enable on the app.


Membership and Pass Terms and Conditions


Online Membership: In order to join online classes you will need to login here to your account and hold a valid membership. If you are having trouble with your login or can’t remember your details please contact info@beligned.com online. The Online Membership can only be used for online classes.


10 Class Pass: Gives you access to 10 classes at specific studios. Valid for 3 months from purchase date. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available. You can nominate 1 family member or friend to share your 10 Class Pass with. Maximum 2 people sharing a 10 Class Pass. Please have your friend/family member register online and then contact your studio with the details so we can process package sharing on your pass. It is the responsibility of of the class pass member to let us know of any changes in relationships


Intro Pass: For new students only – strictly 1 Trial Pass per person. Valid for 21 days from your purchase date. No suspensions or extensions available. Please choose your Trial Pass carefully as you can only purchase one Intro pass. This pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available.


Fortnightly Membership: Please read your contract for a full membership contract details. Some important information below.

  • Studio Membership Payments are debited from your credit card fortnightly. We do not accept bank account payments or AMEX.

  • You can book classes under your membership from your selected start date.

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • There is no minimum contract period. A 14 Day notice period before your next schedule payment is required for membership cancellation.

  • Your final payment will be a full fortnightly payment.

  • Payments will continue until further notice from you.

  • Cancellation requests* must be submitted in writing. You won’t be able to select your cancellation date immediately as we require 14 days notice before your next scheduled membership payment to process the request.

  • Any membership payments during this noticed period are non-refundable.

  • Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive an email notification that it has been accepted. If you do not receive this request within 7 days of your cancellation request please contact us.

  • It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their membership. Non-attendance does not warrant a refund on membership payments. Memberships will not automatically cancel due to non-attendance.

  • Suspensions* please request in writing via email with your start and end date. We require 7 days’ notice before your next scheduled payment to process your suspension request.

  • If you have a membership payment scheduled during this notice period – the payment will be processed and cannot be reversed.

  • Days that have been paid for will be made available for use at the end of the suspension.

  • The minimum suspension period is 7 days and you can suspend for a maximum of 56 days annually.

  • Memberships will not automatically be placed on suspension due to non-attendance.
